In this book the first chapter introduces the basic concepts of fusion energy production, underpinning the fusion reactions. The second chapter is concerned with the magnetic confinement of plasma and details of the various methods used for this purpose. The third chapter includes the radiations and transport in plasma. Further more, types of electromagnetic radiations in magnetically confined plasma are also discussed. Finally, the fourth deals with the energy losses due to these radiations in the magnetically confined plasma.
