For Michelle David the last 18 months can be named bizarre, After releasing their Gospel Sessions Vol.3 album things started happening. Ups and Downs.
The band was received well everywhere in Europe and the number of fans grew, but alas Michelle was diagnosed with breast cancer. A shock to everybody involved, but with much support and a positive attitude and determination the road to recovery was brought to a successful result.
All this pointed to their new catch phrase "Vol. 4: "Victory!".
Personally as well as musically this resulted in a triumphant project.
Influenced by all what had happened this album is by far the most diverse and colourful work dat Michelle David & The Gospel Sessions has produced.
From Reggae to Afrobeat, through Northern Soul and Boogaloo to their true roots.. Rhythm and Gospel.
