Satie,erik / Mertanen,janne
I would not have believed that a Finnish pianist would reach Erik Satie's great Parisian atmosphere at the turn of the century, as Mertanen, Janne did. The sensitivity of insight, the many facets of irony, and the beauty of the piano sound perfectly match my imagination of the elegance of Satie's little gems. - Tapani Länsiö / Helsingin Sanomat
