Live At Montreux Jazz Festival

Motörhead

Motörhead had an unconditional love for performing live and never judged their audience, creating an atmosphere where everyone was encouraged and welcomed, even those who enjoyed jazz music. Therefore, when the Montreux Festival approached them for a performance, it seemed fitting in its own distinctive manner. It is worth highlighting that the festival has always aimed to transcend the limitations associated with any specific genre, embracing artists from diverse backgrounds, styles, and sensibilities. The only consistent requirement has been that these artists represent the finest and most audacious talents within their respective realms. Motörhead checks those boxes.

Now, this iconic 2007 performance, showcasing Motörhead's raw and authentic rock essence, is being released to the world, including their first official rendition of Thin Lizzy's "Rosalie."
