Slash
Live at the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival captures Slash at full force, reigniting the fire of the blues with his unmistakable guitar sound. Recorded on July 17, 2024, at the Mission Ballroom in Colorado, the concert showcases Slash alongside his powerhouse group, Slash’s Blues Ball, as part of the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival tour. Together, they deliver a raw, soulful performance that pays tribute to the greats who shaped both blues and rock.
The setlist surges with energy—blues standards and rock classics reimagined in Slash’s style—honoring artists such as Bukka White, Fleetwood Mac, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Bob Dylan, and Elmore James. Adding to the mix, Slash unveils his own original track, “Metal Chestnut.”
Globally recognized as the iconic lead guitarist of Guns N’ Roses, Slash carved his name into music history with unforgettable riffs and timeless hits like “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” “Welcome to the Jungle,” and “Paradise City.” His signature top hat, wild curls, and Gibson Les Paul guitar have made him one of rock’s most enduring figures, admired for his fiery playing style and lasting influence on generations of musicians.
Beyond Guns N’ Roses, Slash built a successful career with Velvet Revolver—earning a Grammy® for Best Hard Rock Performance—and as a solo artist blending hard rock grit with blues authenticity.
His most recent studio album, Orgy of the Damned (2024), climbed international charts (#2 Germany, #2 Switzerland, #8 UK, #14 Australia). The record marks a bold return to his blues roots, reinterpreting classics with Slash’s unmistakable edge and featuring a lineup of stellar guest vocalists.
