One of the first stereo audiophile recordings of the gypsy sound, "The Gypsy Wanderlust" released in 1958 was one of the best recorded representations of an authentic gypsy ensemble to hit the market at that time. Although little is known about the "phantom" musicians; the vocals and musicianship are top notch and the album contains many classic gypsy themes including "Dark Eyes," "Hora Staccato," "Two Guitars" and other fare typical of the idiom. All selections newly re-mastered.
