Their investigation leads them to cross paths with Florida state officer Byron Crawford (Hirsch) who is investigating a serial killer targeting young women.

As the trio race to stop the elusive killer Lombardi's life hangs in the balance following a botched undercover operation. Can Helter and Crawford bring the killer justice before he strikes again? The cast also includes Lukas Haas, Colson Baker and Sistine Stallone.
