Moscow policeman Captain Ivan 'Iron Jaws' Danko (Schwarzenegger) is on the trail of Georgian drug dealer Viktor Rostavili (Ed O'Ross) in Chicago when he is ambushed by the dealer's gang. When Rostavili makes his escape, an American cop is killed.
