Detective Kyle Hyde takes on another case in this film noir sequel to the compelling adventure title Hotel Dusk - Room 215.

With its hand drawn art style and dark atmosphere, Hotel Dusk - Room 215 was one of the first titles on Nintendo DS to provide players with a mature and complex adventure storyline. Its sequel, Last Window - The Secret of Cape West, once again stars Kyle Hyde, who is investigating his fathers murder and mysterious past. The sketch-like visual art style of Hotel Dusk makes a welcome return, featuring fully 3D environments alongside its intuitive touch screen controls.

Playing much like an interactive novel, Last Window allows players to influence Kyles investigation as they see fit, eventually leading to different plot outcomes. Scouring each scene for clues, players can call on a built-in hint system when necessary, offering gentle help without ruining the story. Once players complete a given chapter, it will be adapted into text for players to read as its own miniature novel.

Last Window - The Secret of Cape West offers players an in-depth and mature interactive storyline, expanding on the concepts of Hotel Dusk with a well-rounded new plot and precise puzzles.
