'everything i didn't say' is a collection of poetry that speaks to the words inside my head that I have found to be difficult to say out loud. Every anxiety, every thought and every emotion is written within these pages and gives voice to the often neglected parts of the human experience. Through each poem, we learn what it means to be someone living with mental illness and can relate to how it feels to just be human. No one is ever alone in what they are feeling and sometimes the written word is the only way to truly experience everything you can't say.
