While mourning the loss of her son, Blake, Odycee Hampton is spiraling into a world of depression and mental torture when she discovers that her narcissistic and emotionally abusive husband, Mason is having an affair with not one but two women. One of which she knows very well. Mason blames Odycee for their son's death and seeks to destroy whatever self-worth she has left. When Odycee shares the news and evidence of her discovery with her best friend YaYa, YaYa proposes that she get away from all the chaos in her life and accompany her on a road trip back home to their hometown of Savannah, Georgia for Christmas, a place Odycee had avoided for the past 15yrs because of her strained relationship with her father. After much convincing, Odycee takes YaYa up on her offer and leaves her troubled marriage in Memphis and heads to Savannah to restore her relationship with her father and mend the pieces of her broken life.

Meanwhile, Jericho Dillinger is headed to Savannah, Georgia for the holidays to meet with his old college roommate and frat brother Attorney Bane Fremont, one of the countries leading defense attorneys. Jericho is on a mission to have his newly discovered brother, Pressha released from jail for the murder of his half-brother, Quade back in Nashville, Tennessee.

During Jericho's stay at his family's lavish resort, The Finley, he runs into the woman who broke his heart. The woman who left him to marry a man she thought had a better pedigree. The woman he thought would be his forever. He was her Superman and she was his Butterfly.

Would a chance meeting after so many years bring the two together for good this time? Or will this mean the end of the road for them forever?
