But this is not a typical dog book. My ambition is to show how much human life mixes with that of "our" animal friends and that there are always amazing parallels, which show that we are with dogs, cats and Co. on such a strikingly similar level, as some people do not even think possible. And this has nothing to do with humanizing our furry noses. If your furry friend looks at you with a typical doggy grin when you read aloud, it could be that you discover far more in common on a very special level, which can immensely enrich your life and that of your animal companions.
