The purpose of this book is to share my experience in my first year of sobriety. To let you in and show you my perspective, my challenges and hurdles. If I had something like this I would have know what to possibly expect which would have made it easier for me. I hope that this book has done that for you. You are enough. You are strong enough. You have to want to change, to be better and you will. If you stumble in your sobriety, get back up and start again. There is no shame in that. Everyone has their own story and you should be proud of it. Always remember when you hit a tough time that IT IS JUST TEMPORARY. It really is as annoying as it is to hear. Everything passes. I now understand what One Day At A Time means and living in the present is key to recovery. Always reach out when you need to even if it is just to talk to someone. I wish anyone going through this battle of alcohol addiction the best of luck and know that you are not alone.
