This arrangement requires the Grade 3 technical skills, range, and maturity of high school or college-level performers and an accomplished pianist. After a short piano introduction in common time, the spirited hymn tune is introduced by the soloist in Concert Key of Ab Major. The second verse features a slower piano solo section in Bb Major followed by a statement of the verse and refrain. A final verse in C Major completes the work. The range is not extreme, rhythmic demands in common time are very minimal which makes this a rather easy arrangement to put together and a popular choice for performances in many types of church services.
