When we put out the word that we needed Cajun swimsuit models for a photo shoot who didn't mind wading in the swamp mud to catch crawfish and wrestle gators and other edible swamp critters.. Well, you can see for yourself in this cookbook how many Cajun beauties showed up in their wading boots ready for action. This novelty cookbook won an award all the way in London England when it was first released. We were approached by many TV producers who wanted to make a reality type of TV show out of the concept, though it never got off the ground yet, because, well, I don't really know why. Maybe one day. But, for now, you can enjoy the story and pictures in the cookbook. Note: This cookbook was originally titled, Cajun Sexy Cooking, but because the word "Sexy" made some people think it was something it wasn't, we decided to change the title so their wouldn't be any misconceptions about the content in the book. These photographs of the Cajun models in this book are no more revealing that the Super Models in Sports Illustrated. And the Cajun Super Models look just as good. So, there you go.
