A Collection of Poetry written by a Freshman/Sophmore in High School suffering with Depression. This Book Encompasses a range of emotions depicting the Highs and Lows expierenced when someone so young is struggling with Mental Health. This book is born after i left some of the darkest poems out of my first book "Fuck It, Life is Poetry". I am now adding the Darkest and the Lightest hoping that if anyone else is struggling this may help a little. I hope that some others can relate and am sharing personal expierences hoping others can find their own Happy Medium. I hope this book helps you through your darkness just as writing helped me through mine.
