Oh I had plans, I tell ya. Great big huge plans with fairy lights and tinsel! I was going to write and stage a musical. A great musical! A trumpulous musical! And then the world got sick, so, for the record, screw you, Corona Virus!Now I had all of this dialogue written and these songs ready and nowhere to perform them. But then, I had an epiphany! Someone who was proof reading the script said that they enjoyed it and that they couldn't wait to hear the songs because they had made up, in their own minds, what they thought the songs sounded like. Huh. Would it be possible to simply re-write the script as if it was a book and leave people to come up with the music in their own heads? Would that be a thing? Would people enjoy that? Or would people think it was stupid and not buy this book. Well, with time rapidly running out before the 2020 Presidential Election, I've decided to release this as a musical without music, or maybe some kind of novella. If I had have known now what would have happened this year, I would of course have done things differently. But, you know, hindsight is 2020 ...
