Bobby Michaels is a thirty-three-year-old alcoholic with two sons that discovers at a batting cage why he suddenly lost his ability to hit a baseball at the age of 17 and it changes his life beyond imagination. Bobby's newfound skills have given him a chance at being a better man, a better father, a better husband, and a better human being and he makes a promise to himself that he will do everything he can to take full advantage of everything his second chance at baseball provides him.
