Why did the chicken cross the road? That old, or classic, joke, from the days of minstrel shows, evolved and now has uncounted and probably uncountable answers. But it is definitely a World-Famous Joke. And there are at least two versions in this book. Some of the jokes in this book are even older, going back to the days of Ancient Greece or the Roman Empire. Some are quite new. In fact, are original with me. Some of those are told in the first person. And some are even true. Others are purely fictive, still others are supposedly true. But all are offered here to help make life a bit more fun -- or even a lot more fun, if possible. As that incomparable Donald O'Connor expressed it so well in Singin' in the Rain, "Make 'Em Laugh."
