Children process grief differently than adults. Although this process is different, children still have emotions that they may not know how to express in a healthy manner. This Interactive Workbook helps children identify emotions they may experience during the grieving process. Children are encouraged to color in the face of the emotion(s) they are feeling. There is also space for children to write or talk about what made them feel a certain emotion and why it made them feel that way. This Interactive Workbook motivates children to identify things they could say or do that would bring them joy!
