As many as 30% of jobs at all levels are likely to be impacted by automation (artificial intelligence and robotics) within the next 15 years. We're already past the tipping point. New jobs will require advanced training or education. Over 90% of jobs created since the 2008 Great Recession have required education beyond high school. Things are rapidly changing.
