Under each of these component parts (CATEGORIES) there are six choices (INGREDIENTS) one of which has to be involved in your story. These categories and ingredients will now be referred to as CAT-INGSThese 'cat-ings' are the prompts from which you base your story. Creative juices are nudged into action and lethargy is banned for good!
