There is too much chaos and discord within our system. Millennials are the next in succession of our species after Boomers age, retire and die. With more power as a generation, our voice is stronger than ever. We have more power in the economy, and as a collective group, we want to be heard and we want to participate in the system's betterment. Optimizing our system's framework requires a fundamental improvement in our collaboration. The government + the people + the economy: the 3 social structure of our society must collaborate for it to function effectively, as would any other team. This system is held together but can be far more effective and good with the improvement of it's foundational pillars that enhance collaboration: Education, Governance & Communication. Millennials need to up their game, but with their minds, not with creating further chaos that we will have to clean up ourselves later on. We have a tool, the social network that we were raised with at our fingertips. If history is to remember us as an intelligent innovative generation, who created something better, focusing on evolving the good we have done. Only our brains can make it happen, that is a fact, we behave according to how we think and process information. Millennials, we could make a power move and initiate that change. Before we become intelligent investors, we must first become intelligent millennials.
