It begins as a happy cruise event from the eastern Mediterranean to tleadshe U. S. The passenger list includes newlyweds on their honeymoon, seniors celebrating retirement, groups of friends that enjoy traveling together, lovers spending time being lovers, and, of course, sinister secret undercover travellers espousing no particular itinerary. The crew had senior officers as well as a full complement hard-working crew sacrificing to provide income to families back home, all over the globe. Over three thousand people bring over three thousand stories to this dream vacation. But, today, the human population is in a state of dramatic flux. One cannot guess what small event started the thinking that led to a larger development. The Filipino waitress signed on to get away from her abusive father. The captain of the ship may have hated winter enough to leave his family and find warmth. The young terrorist couple may have been urged to join a radical group by the death and destruction they saw all around them in Syria. Sometimes it's a small, seemingly inconsequential, and frequently very distant, happening that eventually leads to tragedy. Chaos theorists say, "Can a butterfly flapping its wings in Mexico cause a tornado in Indiana?" It's called the 'Butterfly Effect' and it can lead to The Final Cruise.
