Brock Anderson entered the restaurant business at age four, picking stems from cherry tomatoes in his parents' restaurants. Over the last 50 years, Brock has worked in every area of restaurants from dishwasher to restaurant owner. A few of the companies Brock managed before starting his own company are Steak & Ale, Chili's, and Dave and Busters. Currently, Brock and his business partner's restaurant company owns and operates 7 casual dining steakhouses, 2 fast-food restaurants, and is still growing today.
