Dear food lovers, Welcome to my world! A world that I created for myself and decided to share with you. A world full of colors, lights, and food from amazing cultures. I am a photographer with passion for food! There was no other way to combine my interests and share them with you other than through this book: 'Its Mint to Be'. But, why Mint? I grew up in a house where the aroma of mint dominated the place. To my mum, mint was not simply an active ingredient in her recipes, but also a source of calm when added to tea, a source of beautification when displayed in a vase in the kitchen and a magical addition to salad. It is therefore Mint to Be! Mint has a soothing aroma that can attract all of your lovely family members to your kitchen to sample your food. Believe me, I've been there and so have my dear husband and my lovely boys. In my cooking journey, I am never hesitant to try new recipes, adjust ingredients, and re-think the presentation. After all, I am a photographer and each meal should look as good as it tastes. The photographs that I have included in this book speak to that. Although most of the recipes included in this book are well known, they are reproduced to accommodate our busy lifestyle. I am a mother and believe that family comes first, and that there is nothing better than a family enjoying a delicious meal while having a conversation around the table. Are you excited?
