The ButterPop Sisters is a book series that encourages entrepreneurial thinking in girls at a young age through problem-solving adventures. Our vision is to see more and more women engaged in business, both in leadership and start-up roles. Studies have shown that women on leadership teams enhance their companies' performances in significant ways. Not only do they increase the financial numbers of a company, but females score higher than males in many leadership competencies. Each of our books reveals a key trait of a successful entrepreneur. "Splash Pool Adventure" shows how the ButterPop Sisters learn to persist despite the many challenges that come with pursuing their goal. Each of the sisters models a key function in a business. Vienna follows a Creative role: she wants to make the world beautiful, thinks outside the box to get things done, and has an eye for details. Roles like hers include those in Innovation, Marketing, Design, and Communications. Rayne would be in Operations: she wants to organize. She's great at planning, likes rules, and helps reduce risk and keep everyone safe. Maven is a future CEO: she is driven to lead. Her strengths are in creating a vision and keeping the team motivated to follow it.
