Filled with anxiety after moving across country and leaving his old friends behind, eight-year-old Leo Sparks awakes to his first day at his new school dreading the day to come. Quickly Leo's day goes from bad to worse as he overcomes ill-fitting clothes, a surly bus driver, a possibly haunted school house and new group of classmates determined to scare him out of his mind.
