My name is Jasmine, meaning: God's gift, coming from the flower associated with love. Such a biblical paraphrase, considering I didn't't live the typical life as a child. To be honest, I endured things that no child should ever, under any circumstances. Seeing things that were definitely not meant for a child's vision, I felt as if I'd been to hell and back! I was born into a world full of hate, a family full of pain, eyes full of tears, and a heart full of fears. The pain in which I've encountered, hurts to the core. Putting it all into words is pretty heartbreaking. Although I wasn't't born with a silver spoon in my mouth, nor did I have the pleasure of living a life full of serenity and peace, I'm going to share my truths in The Diary of a Fatherless Child.
