God is a God of times and seasons. He dwells in light, but His dealings with men is fragmented into times and seasons. That means that for every season, there is what God is doing. The character of His operation is such that there are graces and distribution of spiritual possibilities allocated for seasons that follow His word. It looks like it is following men but it is actually following His word. This is because the men received His word and that is why it followed them. The power of God does not follow men.
