Life has knocked me down a few times. Despite the sufferings I have endured, God has and still is healing and restoring my broken pieces. I found strength in God and served the enemy notice that I will no longer suffer in silence. I can honestly say that I don't look like what I have been through. Because of that, I want others to know that there is no trial or tribulation that they have endured that God cannot restore. In "Help A Sister Out," I share several challenging experiences that I had to overcome. I also explain how I've been able to defeat what tried to destroy me. My prayer is that it will help someone find the strength to give a voice to their pain and to no longer be silent, so they can heal and be free. This is for women who may not have anyone to counsel them through their deepest hurt, pain, shame, or past experiences. It's also for those who may not have a friend to confide in. The journal section of this devotional allows women to speak their truth and give a voice to their pain. H. A. S.
