You Make Yourself Unhappy James Kelly
You Make Yourself Unhappy
James Kelly
In this book I talk about how we often allow people to treat us like we are an old rug to be walked on and stepped all over. We allow people to use us, take advantage of us, abuse us, etc. We remain in relationships with these people believing they will change but they never do change. You have to learn to end those types of relationships and quit allowing people to mistreat you. You have to love yourself and respect yourself you also have to demand others love and respect you. Many times you will make the choices that allow you to be unhappy in life. Your life is special and so are you. You decide who will be part of your life and how people will treat you. Believe in yourself and believe that happiness is possible.
