This book is a proceeding of a conference on "Social Work Intervention in Health/Mental Health Setup". It was the 5th Annual National Conference of All India Association of Medical Social Work Professionals (AIAMSWP) is in continuation of our previous four national conferences held at different Medical Institutions in India, jointly organised by AIAMSWP and Medical Social Work Professionals working in the various departments of respective institutes. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th seminars were held at PGIMER-Chandigarh, AIIMS-New Delhi, Safdarjung-New Delhi and KGMU, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh respectively in the respective year from 2014 to 2017. In the year of 2018 Medical Social Work Professionals of Government Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh, India has organized the 5th Annual National Conference. The theme of the conference was to discuss and deliberate about the advancement of social work practice and research in health settings.
