The Trinbago Collection 2006 is a collection of poems written by Nneka Edwards in that year. The poems read like a journal of diverse experiences that offer music, romance, nature, world culture, biblical principles and allusions, and much more. These early pieces (penned just five years after Nneka started writing poetry as a hobby) are very personal and offer an intimate peek in the life of this poet, something which is not as common in her later work. The book is not illustrated, but the poems are vivid enough to paint soul-stirring imagery across the canvas of each reader's imagination.
