The Naked Truth Ioana Chicet Macoveiciuc

The Naked Truth is a book every family needs to read. With humor and gentleness, Evi and the smart greedy Purcelus invite us to experience various familiar and probable events, potentially risky, through which we get information and the necessary steps in dealing with certain situations that we can hardly think of without being worried - inappropriate touches, the protection of their own body, being approached by strangers, getting lost in large public spaces, taking care of their personal objects, the limits of physical manifestations of affection within the family and outside it, etc. The huge merit of Evi and Purcelus' adventures is that they succeed in showing us, in a way which is far from being panicky, the dangers lurking in the grown?up world where our children grow, offering for each situation, on a playful tone, full of humour and naturalness, the correct information that all parents and children should have. The Naked Truth provides simple, efficient solutions that every child can understand, and makes parents more confident that nothing bad will happen to their children when they are not around to protect them, if the kids are well informed.
