Will he manage to heal the wounds of his childhood? Will he find a way to save his dying world? This is a futuristic parable about the coming of age of a gentle boy in a harsh world. A story of friendship and the power of faith which masterfully weaves together dilemmas about technology, magic and mythology, exploring issues of the origins of violence and the future of the Middle East.

This is Ayelet Abraham's third novel. Previously published "Evanescent Bloom" (2012) & "The Blackbird's Call Before Dark" (2015).

Ayelet holds a Doctorate in Cultural Anthropology and she lives in Nahariyya on the Northern border of Israel.
