7 Days of Presence: A Course in Inner Peace Jussi Niittyviita

Deep inner peace is your birthright-not the luxury of a selected few.

Over 6 billion people are constantly tormented by their own minds. They lead lives of quiet desperation, teetering on the edge of coerced personal level-ups and silent sufferings. Humanity's quest to become extraordinary is a rat race to attain one and avoid the other-a journey without an end. On that journey, we mistakenly think that survival and advancement must reside in the extraordinary. We stray to believe that happiness and fulfillment are found only from the extraordinary. We end up in an incessant loop of becoming, overlooking the only thing that can truly give us peace.

When you begin to live more rooted in the present moment, you will soon realize that nothing extraordinary needs to happen to find your peace. Isn't it time to discover beauty in the ordinary?

7 Days of Presence helps you reset false beliefs and realign yourself with your life.

During the seven days, you'll learn how to...

...find clarity through conscious attention.
...experience and cultivate inner silence.
...be accepting and see beyond your mind-made meanings.
...live in the present moment and investigate the 'now'.
...find out who you are beyond your mind-made identity.
...explore forgiveness and be truly forgiving.
...give yourself space to rest in the present moment.
