Losing time, a retired photographer with failing eyesight, Sam Hythe, revisits the area where he lived as a child to help him solve the tragedy that befell his family when he was twelve.

Plagued with not knowing the truth, nor his role in what took place, his greatest fear is not finding the closure he yearns for and to die double blind.
