Mirrors is a 30 day journal prompt book, to motivate black women to embark on a journey of self love and healing. Topics vary from relationships, childhood trauma, inner peace, and plenty more. It gives women the opportunity to look deep within, allowing them to be completely honest and vulnerable with themselves. There are no wrong answers in the journey of healing, the goal of my journal prompt book is too shed all the weight that life puts on our shoulders. To be free, lovely and mentally healthy is the only goal we need.
