This study will benefit people or users of the blood bank in general, if it is possible to raise awareness of the importance of voluntary blood donation, which is a gesture of solidarity that can help save more than one life in the face of a life-threatening situation such as death. The human being must be aware that donating blood can be essential for the recovery of a person who is seriously ill.
