The purpose of this study describes the leadership concept and the decision making approach and the illegitimate laws that compromise ethics and institutions. Consequently current development in environmental sociology framework contributes to make us aware about the importance to apply ethical rules in societies and preparing young leaders in the culture of humanism and civic engagement.
