The main content of the book is energy stategy and - policy. The goal of the work is to analyse the strategic problems of energy supply and perspectives of energy development in a long-term time period (50- 70 years forward). In this book is not proceeded from the nowadays environmental policy that at present occurs a global climate warming, but from the possibilities of continue consumers supplying with energy and the real possibilities to degrease the environmental pollutions in the long-term future. The following problems in this book: energy and environment, consumption and reserves of primary energy, electricity generation and power systems, innovation role in energy engineering, energy development long-term perspectives in Estonia.
