Implementation of Community Forestry Operational Plan and Constitution: Multiple Case Studies from Mid-hills of Nepal Yajnamurti Khanal

National forest in Nepal is being increasingly handed over as community forest to fulfill the basic needs of forest products along with generation of income and employment to the rural people. Operational plan of the forests and constitution of the user group are the basic technical and legal documents required to implement community forestry at grass root level. Proper implementation of these documents will contribute to the sustainability of the community forestry. This book mainly deals with assessing users' awareness, implementation status and problems faced during implementation of operational plan and constitution in community forestry.
