Economical mechanisms of environmental policy in last decades has become one of the main tools of environmental management. Environmental charges and taxes, environmentally motivated subsidies, this is not the complete list of all economical mechanisms - have two main functions; to generate financial resources for environmental management and change behaviour of polluters through economical benefits. Comparison introduced types of environmental charges in Armenia for water and air pollution, waste disposal and environmentally harmful products with the same systems of EU important step to find weaknesses and strengthens of Armenian system and the rational ways for integration and harmonization of legislation with EU.
