This hitherto unpublished work is a commentary on the nature of human behavior, which mainly focuses on morality as the ontological reality underlying human acts, disposed as they are (or not) towards the ultimate end. The commentary, in spite of being academic, stands out due to its liveliness and practical sense, as well as its unaffected, down-to-earth style. This very first edition of the De actibus humanis is published together with an extensive introductory study and a Spanish translation. Dieser Aspekt, der in den Relectiones deutlich hervortritt, gilt auch und besonders fur De actibus humanis - jenem bislang unveroffentlichten Teil aus Vitorias Thomas-Kommentar, der sich mit dem moralisch rechten Handeln befasst. Zentral ist hierbei fur den Salmantiner vor allem die Moralitat als ontologische Wirklichkeit der menschlichen Handlungen, die auf das letzte Ziel bezogen sind. Der Kommentar bewegt sich auf hochstem akademischen Niveau, beeindruckt jedoch zugleich durch seine Lebendigkeit sowie den praktischen Sinn seines Autors. Die hier vorgelegte Erstedition von De actibus humanis wird von einer ausfuhrlichen Einfuhrung sowie einer spanischen Ubersetzung begleitet.
