In this monograph stating place of occupational therapy in the medical rehabilitation of people with disabilities. Is shown the role of the hand for daily living and labor activities. Developed is Test for Comprehensive Functional Assessment of Radioulnar Joints, Wrist Joints and Fingers. Are proposed rehabilitation programs and Occupational Therapy guidelines for patients with motor deficits in injuries and diseases of the hand, after mamektomiya and after endoprosthesis of the hip joint. Accounted are the results of research conducted for the recovery of patients with lesion of brachial plexus and post stroke hemiparesis.
