On the other hand excess rainfall results in devastation of human life and property. This excess rainfall can be positively utilized if in time management of these rains for water storage and human safety are done. Therefore need of proper forecasting well before time using the different Pre Monsoon indicators and other global climate phenomena?s are properly studied and made available to forecasters working in the region or working for the region.
