Confocal microscopic techniques have been revolutionizing microscopic imaging and spectroscopic study for decades. There are plenty of publications discussing about their theories, architecture, and applications. They are now indispensable instruments for biologist, biophysicist, material scientists and scientists in many other fields, which have befinited significantly from the improvement in imaging resolution and quality brought about confocal microscopy techniques. I hope this book of mine will provide enough knowledge on this topic for the undergraduates dental students.
