The introduction of ICT in almost every sphere of life is an irresistible innovation. ICT in librarianship bring about retooling and acquisition of the skills required operating in the global information society. ICT literacy and skills involves the understanding and the ability to use ICT for ones needs. This book, therefore tries to identify the ICT literacy skills, their level among academic librarians, method of acquisition and application of the literacy skills for library services. Four research questions were raised which are analyzed statistically and theoretically. The analysis will help motivate librarians and others to acquire ICT literacy skills for their individual and societal progress.
