In today's dynamic world economy, knowledge has become the most important resource that a company must acquire and share among employees. Therefore, nowadays, knowledge sharing has become the main concern of knowledge management. However it has been found that the level of knowledge sharing in a company depends on various social and technological factors. This book tries to identify what specific social and technological factors affect the knowledge sharing conditions in any company and evaluates the knowledge sharing conditions of a power utility company with respect to these identified factors.
